Cannot edit or add

 I can no longer add to or change images in my profile. Reading an earlier post I tried switching from Explorer to Firefox without results. I thought I might have reached a limit, so I deleted all of my pictures, hoping to restore and change. I thought my jpegs may be too big, so I tried 80K.
 Please help.
