Hoi do I attacha .wmv file?

Can I do that if it's on my computer or do I have to put it on youtube and link to that?

New to this.

Currently you have to put it on youtube and then use the film icon in the message to put the video in the post.

I am looking for a good mod like I had for the other forum software but have not found anything good yet that works with vbulletin.
