for you website junkies, i've been reading about LiveZilla and have found it interesting. Several people i know are using it and have had good success at converting browsers to buyers.

Anyone here use a live chat software on your website? success?

we are looking into doing this too. I want to see if there is an I-phone app or something so we can be available whenever we want. I think it's a pretty sweet system. I use it all the time. We will probably start with it i our wholesale department, just to get the kinks out.

http://www.craftysyntax.com is free and works very well. But the problem with any of these is unless you have one that ports it to a smart phone they are all useless if you do not have someone manning the pc waiting on live chat help or questions.

Oh, and I personally hate sites where that "want to chat with live help" box pops up. I tend to avoid sites with that. If I want your damn help I will click the link on the top of the page thank you very much..
