Killer! Thanks for the video! That is helpful to see and to know. One question I have is, what mesh is the screen? What do you think most of the systems are using? I noticed it's yellow, so I'm assuming 300+? I really appreciate you going through the trouble to make this video. Very helpful in understanding how some of the machines work.

That screen is a hand stretched, custom cut screen 280 mesh made something like 16 years ago.

You should see some of the pad print molds I made :o

I truly think you could make a custom one.

You have four even skate board wheels... a sliding screen...and a ridgit squeeqee that raises up and down some how. You could just buy mine to play with, then you would still build your own, cause I know ya. ;D

I would help and with the way you are and a metal shop next door...hell in 6 months you would have one out on the market.

But you have to stop cussing the guys next door :p

Killer, as much as I'd like to play with your press, I don't think I'd have much time. lol. Like I said, I've got some clients already lined up, and I might find myself needing to print a few thousand at a time. I don't want to do that on a manual press... lol. Maybe I've become spoiled, but it's the truth! We're also looking for the ability to print at least 2-3 colors easily.

I'll be posting videos on my new YouTube channel about these new experiences, and some of my DIY projects if you guys are interested.

With no offense to this forum, I actually created my own "screen printers" website a long time ago. (I never really went "live" with it- and I really only completely finished it about a month ago and have not advertised it in any way-no members) Anyway, it's attached to my YouTube channel, but the point is, the videos will be here: http://www.youtube.com/screenprintersbiz     I just wanted to clear that up because I know someone might ask me about it.

Nice tour of the shop. Camera was a little shaky at times but still enjoyed watching it.

stitch, thanks. Honestly, I'm not going for video production on my videos. They're "vlog". I dont think I'll ever do anything like, say for example, Ryon at Ryonet. haha. :-)
