Preston, You run the 4C process print with no issues wet on wet? Doesn't the white base mix with your top colors? Does it work well on dark shirts or only on the lighter shirts like were in your vid?
The white is a halftone base on a 305 mesh screen and is a very thin deposit. It does not affect the top colors when they are printed on top of it. Because it is very thin it will not work this way on dark shirts without flashing it and then printing it again.
I use this method to print on the colors shown in the vid plus lime green, yellow, hot pink, texas orange and sport grey shirts.
The white base adds just enough to make the color pop on the shirts other than white and it works very well.
Sometimes you just have to think outside the box and try stupid stuff that the mainstream says cannot be done. You will be surprised.
