If you provide a product or service and you wish to respond to a users question about your product or service, this is not considered a sales post. If someone ask about ink and you sell or make ink, you may reply and offer advice on the ink you make or sell but do not try and talk about screens if the user did not ask about them. If more than one supplier responds, keep it civil or your post will be cut.
Manufactures that have boards on this site can post sales information within their respective boards. If you are a manufacture and there is not a board for your company, just ask and I will see about setting one up for you.
Moderators can remove any post at any time without warning or reason but they might just decide to leave it alone. It's up to them without appeals so get over it.
