Hi there!
« on: December 21, 2011, 09:08:55 PM »
My new name is Screen Printer.

My 10/12 Mustang printer will be installed the last week of 2011.

I am new to screen printing, but can't wait to learn all about it.

Thanks everyone for all the help and answering my questions.

I hope to learn and help others soon.

Thanks!

Ted

Welcome Ted.

Wish I could come to see your place, Preston said nice things.

Thanks!   Come for the install.
You are welcome any time!

My place has a long way to go though.

I put wheels on most of the equipment I bought.....to move around easy...even my sink and exposure unit has wheels...hehehehe

Once My press is installed, I will setup everything around it to create a good flow.

I messaged Preston on the forums before and called him a couple of times...he was always helpful

I got to meet him in person when he came to my place last week.

I have a lot of respect for him. He really knows his stuff.

He is a smart man!

My press will be installed next week and I took off all January to setup my whole system.

I will build a darkroom and get some shelving and racks. Get my workflow going

Come visit!

As soon as you get the exact details...let me know. I called the fork lift company and reserved it....I just need a date to tell them to bring it.

I have the process ink.....the positives are made.

I received some 230 screens and 305 screens

I received a lot of shirts for the Mustang logo.

Let me know.

Thanks for all you do!

Ted or Screen Printer,
You need to choose one screen name or the other please. There is no need for two. Second, Robert cannot respond to your comments or quotes so there is no reason to send him public messages. He has been banned along with all of his other user ID's that we know of. This is going to stay that way so again there is no reason to send him messages via this site especially publicly. If you want to communicate with him you can do it via the uncut section where he will be able to respond.

Good luck on your install! It always exciting to get a new toy to play with.

Well first I understand why Ted felt the need to change his user name and that is because his business name is also his name and google indexes this site like crazy. When he first signed up he was not aware of that. He was also not aware that you can change your screen name here without the need to create a new account. The plus of doing it this way is that when you just change the screen name on an existing account it automatically changes it on every post you have ever made.

Second, it is true that Robert cannot respond but Johnny purposely left one of Robert's account active with "view only" rights so he could at least read things on SPOF. Robert has just reaffirmed that he cannot conduct himself in a civil manner here with his recent aliases where he is still trying to drag other forums and people into a mud slinging match.

SPOF will never become a totally censored and biased site where even the mention of someone name gets cut or changed by filters and while Robert is not allowed to post here there is no reason other members cannot shout out to him  in a post, public or otherwise.

As for Ted's two accounts, I will lock one and fix the other to not display his real name.

facebooksite was cut off today but I cut it back on.

My thinking is if he has one to use to view, maybe he will stop with the new names.

Thank You Preston...Just need 1 favor.....I had your phone number in my PM's on the other account...Could you please message me with your phone number so I can keep it on file.

Thanks!

Inkwerks........I am normally not under multiple screen names.

Like Preston said.

I made one with my real name.

I googled my name and it shows my posts.

My photography studio is my real name.

So I created Screen Printer.

Preston told me I could have changed the Display name.

I changed screen printer to screen printer 2

Then I went to my real name and tried to change my display name to screen printer.

It would not let me..because screen printer was taken as a user name...even though it had screen printer2 as a display name.

So....I changed my real name back to what it was.

I tried to log into screen printer 2...it would not take my password.

I had to log in as screen printer..even though my display was screen printer 2.

That is when I changed back the display name back to screen printer...

Because it doesn't matter what your display name is....your log in under your user name.

If I had to log in again a few months down the line...I may have forgotten that...hehehehe

Anyway....my real name..is not usable.

I will use Screen Printer now.

Sorry for the confusion.
