I ran across this last year by mistake. The rib thing that is. :p
Done on a reg home grill and you know how you have to fight ribs sometimes not to dry them out.
I get them almost done to suit me and then make a foil boat to put them in two sheets thick, shinny side down to heat.
Pour bbq sauce in the boat and close them up and leave on the grill about an hour. To the side off some of the direct heat. With all the air cut off.
When you open them up the sauce steam is coming out the top and tender....yea buddy.
