Anybody still use a Rototex automatic? What can you tell me?
« on: September 14, 2011, 07:31:20 PM »
Hey guys, my local supplier told me about a Rototex automatic for sale locally and I would love to hear your opinions? I am looking for something inexpensive to speed up production and keep me from pulling that squeegee 1200 times a day. Is there anything I need to look out for that would make this a deal breaker. I don't mind making some repairs (It does have one head that dosen't work, don't know what the problem might be), I just don't want to buy something and then find out that it will cost more to repair than I gave for the machine. I talked to AWT today and they said that parts are still available for it. It seems like it might be a good starter for me, inexpensive, all electric, close by, but I wanted to hear what you guys think.
Thanks,
Steve

Have you got a picture of it.

If it is the only I'm thinking...man that is old.

A guy here in town scarped a 10 color because no one would take it.

They make good one color sign printers

Killer,
I just got pictures of it and you are right, it is old. I'm going to let this one pass. Thanks for your response.
