If you are printing it as a 1 color print then yes, just output the film with halftones. If I was printing that on light colored shirts with black ink I would use a 305 mesh or 230 at the lowest.

it would help if you can adjust for the dot gain. Bottom part of Domino's will probably be as dark as the top if you do not.

Photoshop print output has a place where you can specify the dot gain adjustments. Go to File, Print and select "transfer". You should be subtracting about 20% from the middle part of the settings. a little less in the 25 and 75 range and leave the 0 and 100 as they are.

If you are talking about lightening the Domino's pizza. Go here and download the color vector of the logo and adjust
the colors as needed. Then greyscale it and replace it in the art work.

If you talking about printing out the film print it out of Corel thought Fastrip just like you would a vector.
Set your angle and frequency and your good to go.

You should go through it and make sure that the areas that should be solid black are, otherwise you might print out some areas that are maybe 95% or more and it will be all dots, other than that it looks pretty good to go the way it is except for Domino's.
