Emulsion is still very smooth and consistent ... yes is is a dual cure to the best of my current knowledge.

Emulsion info:  Diazo System Emulsion Kit ? Kit includes 6.6 oz Emulsion and 2 oz Sensitizer (to be mixed with water) as well as 8 oz Emulsion Remover. The shelf life for the sensitized emulsion is four weeks at 90?F (32?C), eight weeks at 70?F (21?C), or four months if refrigerated.here it my emulsion ...http://www.dickblick.com/products/speedball-diazo-photo-screen-printing-emulsions/

The emulsion was dry to the lips before we exposed it.  But it went slimy when we washed the screen out, and the slime made scum in the open ares!!! this is under exposure?

The emulsion was used immediately (it did not warm up).  It was used cold on all 3 screen I have done.

here is my exposure unit ...http://www.silkscreeningsupplies.com/product/RXP2024  we have the digital timer

That is definitely under exposure. On that exposure unit with a dual cure (this is the setup I started out with except the emulsion) my burn times were between 3-5 minutes.

I did a screen for 300 sec the other week, and we couldn't wash it out, I assumed over exposure ... I won't put it in the fridge anymore!  Always open to learning!  We only have access to garden hose for now, no pressure washer ... I know
